Is the Kindle worth the price? Why, why not?
I believe that the Kindle is not worth the price. You can buy a lot of books that are used or that are from cheap book stores and it will not add up to the cost of the Kindle. Also, books can be passed down from person to person, while the Kindle cannot be. The fact that this device does not have color is a ripoff.

How could the Kindle revolutionize education?
Since the price is so high I don't think that the Kindle will ever revolutionize education. If perhaps there was a possibility, then it would make any text book available from this device.

As of today, who is the prime audience for the Kindle?
The prime audience for the Kindle is adults that have an interest in reading.

What is the major advantage the Kindle holds over its competitors?
It is known to have a special screen so it is healthier for readers. The device is easier on the eyes.

Under what circumstances would you purchase a Kindle? What factor would keep you away?
I would never buy a Kindle. It is very expensive. The Kindle plus all the books you need to buy on it is way too much money. I would rather buy used books or barrow books from a friend. It is a neat idea, but the cost is too much.
